D.H.I. will prepare your house using its unique and special touches to appeal to all buyers.  Fresh flowers, treats for your guests, scented candles and our creativity are all included. $100.

Home Staging:

This service is only available if you use Danielle Windus-Cook Properties to sell your home.  Home staging prices vary depending on the size of your house, whether our inventory is utilized.  Our hourly fee is $45 per hour with an additional $20 per hour if an assistant is needed.  We will need to give an estimate for staging an entire home or a vacant property.  All priced and sized houses benefit from home staging!       

Home Decorating/Re-Design

These services are done for $45 per hour plus mileage.  No job is too small or too big for me!

We will organize, pack and label your belongings in our classic way. This does not include boxes.  $45 per hour.

Allow our experts to shop for accessories and furnishing to accentuate your home.  We will stay within your budget.  $45 plus mileage.
